This is a semi-abstract painting of a school of colorful marine fishes swimming in an aquarium - or maybe in the sea by a coral reef.
The painting is currently held in a private collection in Manila. It was purchased from AP Art Gallery in Ermita, Manila, in June, 2008 and authentication of the painting can be obtained from AP Art Gallery, if required

This painting was number 7 in a series, that was exhibited by the artist at a solo exhibition at the Sining sa Silong Art Gallery, 106 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines - February, 2010
The show was entitled Abaniko Esoterika, (or 'Esoteric Fans,' in English) and it featured 20 works in mixed-media, (mainly pen and ink drawings with a secret formula of paint that 'Sael" uses) - all featuring imaginative themes, loosely based around the intricate designs of traditional hand-held fans in the Philippines.
The painting is currently held in a private collection in Manila. It was purchased at the above exhibition and a certificate of authenticity, signed by Sining sa Silong Art Gallery is also available.
