I never thought that a Mike Herrera original was hanging in our living room!

Here is his rendition of everyday Filipino activities in the early 19th century in the infamous Binondo, Manila.

The work is oil in canvas, measuring 30in (height) x 50in (length).

Probably around 30 years old (or even older!)

I remember this painting which was posted behind my mother's large desk, when she served as a college dean here in Pampanga from 70's to early 90's.
