Platform 6/7 at Guildford has a single track running through it. Herb Robert is a beautiful fragrant native wild flower in England and is slowly growing itself around one of the rails and covering up the litter people throw on the track.© Tim Penycate

From the album: Out and about in Somerset
...on the Strawberry Line (now National Cycle Network - route 26) running through North Somerset and Somerset, in the South West of England. You can just about make out the old platform ramp, almost buried beneath a lush growth of ivy, blackberries and all sorts of other wonderful plants! The Strawberry Line Trail currently runs from Yatton to Cheddar, mostly following the route of the old Strawberry Line Railway. There is an ongoing campaign to get the trail extended all the way to Shepton Mallet, via Wells is Somerset: Here you go...You can sign the petition, if you want! http://www.thestrawberryline.org.uk/index.php -

And I would hope that my title is sufficiently descriptive? I just noticed the way the thistle seedhead was glowing beautifully in the evening sunlight as I made the four-mile walk into Kalundborg, from where I was staying outside town in the beautiful Danish summertime countryside. -
Great weekend with my Love. Indeed wild flower pictures that I took pictures but the editing process I submit to my love because I am not good at editing.
