Have some sand!! A boy and his dog - Dhen-dhen and Pandak

Dhen-dhen, a young Filipino boy at play with his best friend, a mongrel dog called "Pandak" "Pandak" is a Tagalog word, which roughly translates as "Shorty!" I remember that these two were always the best of friends. Dhen-dhen obviously seems to think that Pandak might like some sand?!!

The photo was taken while staying with a Filipino family on a remote farm in Mindanao in the Southern part of the Philippines.
