Winter Sunshine at Aldershot Station

The Sun has not long risen and there is a hard frost on the ground at Aldershot Railway Station with Aldershot FC's stadium in the distance. A very thick fog descended and blanked this view out less than 1/2 hour after this picture was taken!

I find this a much more interesting shot with the post and railings included. They add to the atmosphere... ("Here comes my ferry home...!!")

Always a great view, and particularly after a long days work! It would be easy to remove the dock fence post and railings from the shot, but I think it gives depth to the image.
