These tracks at Ascot Station in Berkshire used to connect through to the line from Guildford, but when the Station track layout was re-modelled in the 1960s, they became sidings for the berthing of trains on race days at the nearby Royal Ascot Racecourse. The sidings in turn fell out of use in the mid 1980s and nature is well and truly taking over some 35 x years later.

Taking pictures with a ZENIT122s. Lens: MC Tair-3S 300mm f/4.5 MC Helios-44M-6 58mm f/2 interchangeable lens. As usual I have not been clever to edit I leave it to my Love who has the magic hands of every thing it touches becomes beautiful with the her hand that was not good to be good and I believe it.
