PAALAM, Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, J.D. Long unrecognized and/or acknowledged by so many contemporary scholars, his blessings was in disguise while in Mindanao. In a depth, beyond the surface, only the bright ones will know and understand, deeply understand, the cause and effect of relationships in nature. No matter what languages you know, read, and speak, Physics does not change. All readers able to read this piece are children of a higher development. On January 2, 2016, one of the United States most courageous psychiatrist, scholar and author of “The Isis Papers: The Key to the Colors (Third World Press),” has died. She was 80 years old. Her intellectual depth and breadth, brings to me, reminders of another titan in the Philippines History, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, also a physician. As much as the Church back then, and still today, try to keep their light from blossoming on a universal level. It is systemic and thus, those who are in control of the institutions, then as well as now, control the unenlightened practices and behavior of the many, local and global. “ If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.” Read this many years ago, and forthcoming in poetic imagery is her legacy, as succinct as possible. HAVE A GREAT YEAR ALL OF THOSE CONTRIBUTING TO THIS FORUM.

An April wherein a warm sunrise drifted through those windows of the soul, Casting a giant’s shadow from her petite presence, Thus, another day had been invoked. Was it a doctor’s smile? Was it her unimpeachable brilliance? Perhaps both had been combined, And having been present before, In Asia and America, too busy to meet we were. A professor of rhetoric in the fourth century wrote, "the world is a book. Those who do not travel, only read one page." Years ago, shared with you, every small souvenir sent and/brought from those points of travel will add pages to the future readings of this blue dot from the sky. (the world, planet earth). It is the same blue dot in the sky, Dr. Maria Montessori alluded in a children poem, this is a paraphrase, "we live in heavens, because the world spins in the heavens." YOU ARE AN AWESOME DAD!

There is an hymn/poem introduced by the Gnostics of ancient times that were searching for answers, like us all today, in midst of the chaos of what is known as civilization, then as well as now. Through a beautiful book, two thousand years old, so layered with symbolism and metaphors, we are lead in a journey, and to an adjunct manuscript, excerpted. “See, Father, “ said Jesus, “how pursued by evil, (the soul) is wandering far from thy spirit over the earth. She tries to flee from hateful chaos; she knows not how to emerge from it. To that end, Father, send me! I will descend, bearing the seals. I will transmit the secrets of the holy way.” (Hymn of the Soul, attributed to the Naassene Gnostics in the PHILOSOPHUMENA, V, 10, 2.) Its depth is unparalleled. Par: Diep la muse française. In the twinkling of her eyes there was depth and breadth. And in those shared smiles, was an understanding of the vast linguistic paradigm to heal. “Médecines sans frontières” was in the gift of her brainchild, as she prepared for a test. “I wa jinjutsu” had been held before her birth, as “Medicine, the art of compassion” had been already defined and practiced by one of Asia’s brains. With each pounding heart beat, Billions of cells danced on the consciousness of learning. Here came the sun unrelenting its warm on her notes. Timotea. P. S. Oct. 26, 1926 – Oct. 03, 2012. She laughed with a thunder that lit the heavens. It was all in a child’s playground, and unconcerned of the so-called grown ups, she still laughed. Her laughing was so contagious, that the Center for Disease Control would have been delighted at this uncanny ability and would have welcomed her entry in any parts of this USA. She laughed and even when one did not understand, in her Visayas, (one of the dialects spoken in the Philippines.) the reason for her laughing, a smile and its pursuing laughter emerged on one’s face. She will be missed. Her journey, cut short for that brief passing in time, and thus extended in a child’s yelling of “Nanay! Nanay!” It was a child’s way of saying good morning grandma! This exchange between two angels of light was uncanny. To an outsider observer, the transactional analyses were crystal clear and pure. Acknowledging each other’s presence was the only criteria in a wave of the hands, and the further connecting of those “windows of the soul.” She will be missed. She shared with an openness that gave the clouds in flight, a competing edge. One child of nature and keenly aware of this fact, she smoked. One of the last of a generation that knew how to smoke, without inhaling the carcinogens, with the lit part of the tobacco in her mouth. She will be missed. Above all, by an adopted little girl, that knew her as “Mamá.” Now grown, and doing all a daughter would have done on those final pages of her sanctuary. "An Imperfect Offering: Humanitarian Action for the Twentieth Century." Par James Orbinski, M.D. The world as we know it today is shrinking. At this precise writing, the undergraduate college attended has up to ninety languages spoken on campus, The City College of New York. Very soon this humble pen will have available "his" imperfect offering for you all too. The beauty, if you will, of this piece was included in the chapter "Ummera." All was poetry in a cinematographic motion. " Medecines Sans Frontieres " were critized for leaving Afghanistan after her twenty four years presence, in response, the international president of MSF, Dr. Rowan Giles, cited in the above book answered, "In the 'war on terror' all factions want us to choose sides. We refuse to choose sides, just was we refuse to accept a vision of a future where civilians trapped in the hell of war can only receive life saving aid from the armies that wage them." p.386
