This is an image that popped inot my head and i had to draw it, not sure what she is , maybe a Harpie? Not to happy with the folds in the front of the dress, any ideas on how to improve them would be appreciated.

The folds look fine to me. But, since you asked, you could try making one or two of them a slightly differnet width, introduce more shadow in one of the folds and/or make one or two slightly irregular, rather than perfectly straight? If that is what you want! Like I said, they are just fine for me! :)
