Buddleia at Basingstoke Station

On a dull Summer day, with a stopping train bound for London Waterloo in the background, a Buddleia bush in full beautiful bloom adorns the now abandoned Alton Platform. Buddleia grows like crazy and has beautiful and fragrant flowers which attract bees and other insects. It is very common across the UK railway network!

I love the Buddleia. But what's all that about an abandoned platform? :shok:

The Watercress Line trains are still running into Alton, I sincerely hope?
