I love to deep dive into a painting, it often developes into a relationship with other paintings, as in this case where one of the versions that reminded me of clothes lines, showed up again in an unrelated, yet similar piece I call Pray. See if you can tell which one sparked my imagination.

smb: I assume that that is your photo of Manilla Bay (?) It's a very good picture. About five minutes ago I saw a tutorial about how to upload pics to a personal gallery. As you know I have a gallery uploaded to another site. But could you go over the protocol once again, I can't seem to re-access it, so I can have some of my pics on this site. I downloaded picasa yesterday, I thought it might help me to upload pics, but I'm not going too use it, I think it's for amateurs who want to send baby pictures to their relatives. Starr Monday 7:00pm pacific time

The eyes are fine - apart from a little too much shading around them. Was this intentional? (To me, it looks like she has got rather tired or even 'black' eyes...) It might be that you have been working a bit too hard on them and maybe the shading was caused by several erasures? I find that the best way is to just draw them as they come and accept the results. That way, you will be able to develop your own style...
