  1. Very good!! Now, click on that "dragon" keyword that I inserted - and you will see what I meant about the usefulness of the keywords in general - and 'visitor retention' in particular!
  2. Or Manila Bay Dusk, if you prefer! Photo taken from the 32nd floor of a building in Adriatico Street, Ermita, Manila.
  3. From the album: I wish you were beer!

I can't remember the name of the restaurant but it was somewhere in Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) - but I do remember that beer. And very nice it was too!
  4. From the album: I wish you were beer!

A perfect pint of draught Guinness at the Royal Oak in Hollywater, near Bordon, Hampshire in the South of England - January, 2019
  5. I just checked the link and I am glad to see that the Photography School Asia website is still going. I'd love to give one of their courses a try some day...
  6. ...with a work in progress! I have deliberately reduced this image so that I can use it as the category cover photo for the Art - (Group albums) category cover photo. A simple icon would have done the trick - but I'm sorry, I don't know how to do that! (Maybe, if I ask ask Pam, nicely?!!) :)
  7. That's got it! I only uploaded this so that I could change the cover photo for the Photography - (Group albums) category. The file has been deliberately reduced, in order to improve the Gallery index page loading speed. (All it really needed was some kind of a photography icon - but that is the best I can do for now...)
  8. A keen photographer taking photos of Japanese cherry blossom in Nagasaki - April 2006
  9. Photo taken from onboard CS Limin Venture, sometime in February 2019, whilst engaged in the IKK Padang - Mentawi submarine cable installation project off the South coast of Sumatera, Indonesia.

    Gone Fishing

Photographs of fishermen at work - and all kinds of fishing boats, big and small.
  11. From the album: Gone Fishing

The vessel in the background is SIMA, making a short port call during the Havfrue submarine cable installation project
  12. From the album: Ships and Offshore

Sima alongside in Lerwick for a short port call on a lovely sunny summer afternoon. The ship was working in the North Sea as a PLGR (Pre-lay Grapnel Rune) vessel on the Havfrue submarine cable installation project.
  13. From the album: Bangkok

Estrella Damm on draught at D'ark in the Em Quatier... A well-earned beer after all of my hard work today!!
  14. The buildings are not leaning and I am not drunk! The view just caught my eye as I was heading to the park for a walk... I will have to try to remember to keep my cellphone level next time!
  15. From the album: Bangkok

View looking towards อุทยานเบญจสิริ (Benjasiri Park) from the BTS Skytrain พร้อมพงษ์ (Prompong) Station
  16. Oh Dear... Those were the days when I was worried about not being able to sell any of my art - and trying pretty hard to drink myself to an early grave. Well, now I am not in the slightest bit interested in selling my art. So I can actually enjoy doing it - whenever I ever get the time... And Sibley is one of the star members of this website! Thanks for sticking with it over all of these years! Cheers!!
  17. All Full Members can now set-up a signature in their profile, which will show-up under their Forums posts.
  18. The latest rank names are as per the attached screenshot. (These are now based on total post count anywhere in the site - not just in the Forums as they were for a long time...) There is now a block on the homepage that shows the most popular contributors in terms of the number of "likes" that they have received, (minus any "down-votes,") throughout the site - not just in the Gallery. I haven't figured out how to do that Gallery Rank thing yet... Let me work on it!
  19. Thanks for that. But I wouldn't spend too much time on it... You have got a massive task on your hands there! If the site goes tits up for any reason, all your work will be wasted. (I am planning to make this site successful in the near future but if I can't find a buyer before I get too old, I really don't know how long I will be able to keep it going?)
