..B... PLA... Hmmm... Robinsons standards seem to be falling - and not only in Manila, then...? "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be patient. We are working hard to serve you better. You are going to love the new look..." Or words to that effect. Then every time you go back there, it's worse than before. Lose tiles all over the place. Several elevators not working. Toilets closed for renovation... -
